We are thrilled to welcome the two sites under Alta Vista Child Care Centres, Charles H. Hulse Preschool & School Age program and Alta Vista Kindergarten & School Age Program to Andrew Fleck Child Care Services. We intend to continue to offer quality and accessible early learning and care in the Alta Vista community and to maintain a licensed capacity based on community need. With the addition of this program, AFCCS now provides licensed group early learning and care in 8 locations across the City of Ottawa.
